Position:
1. Base Coordinator
Job Description:
- Coordinate daily flight operations and base activities.
- Liaise with flight crews, headquarters, airport authorities, and stakeholders.
- Monitor operational schedules and aircraft movements.
- Resolve operational issues and support administrative requirements.
- Ensure compliance with company procedures and aviation regulations.
2. Ground Crew
Job Description:
- Perform ground handling activities and support aircraft turnaround.
- Handle baggage, cargo, and loading/unloading operations.
- Assist apron operations and aircraft marshaling.
- Maintain operational equipment and safety standards.
- Ensure compliance with aviation and company procedures.
3. Admin Finance
Job Description:
- Manage daily financial administration and bookkeeping.
- Record operational income, expenses, and petty cash transactions.
- Prepare financial reports and supporting documents.
- Assist budget monitoring and financial compliance.
- Coordinate financial reporting with Head Office.
4. Ticketing Staff
Job Description:
- Handle ticket sales, reservations, and passenger check-in.
- Provide customer service and travel information.
- Process ticket changes, cancellations, and flight updates.
- Maintain ticket sales records and prepare sales reports.
- Coordinate with operational teams to support passenger services.

As part of our growing team, we are looking for highly motivated individuals to join our Operations Control Center (OCC), which plays a crucial role in coordinating, monitoring, and ensuring the safe and efficient operation of all flights.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Under the supervision of the Head of OCC, the OCC Officer will be responsible for:
- Coordinating flight schedules and operations in compliance with aviation standards
- Monitoring real-time flight activities and ensuring smooth dispatch
- Communicating effectively with pilots, crew, and relevant stakeholders
- Ensuring safety protocols and airport regulations are adhered to
- Maintaining documentation and operational records
- Responding promptly and effectively to operational challenges
- Performing other duties as required
Qualifications and Experience:
Education:
- Degree in Aviation or related field is required
Experience:
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Preferred: 1–2 years of experience in airline operations or related aviation roles
Licenses/Certificates:
- Active FOO (Flight Operations Officer) License
- Certificate of completion for airline operations courses
Competencies:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Sound understanding of airport operations, safety regulations, and flight procedures
