Maintenance

Requirements:

• Bachelor/Masters Degree in Manufacturing Engineering or related discipline
• Ability to read engineering drawings and specifications
• Strong project management skills
• Strong Lean background (six sigma or similar)
• Experience of working in Aviation Industry
• Has valid COMA License

Responsibilities

• To provide technical expertise on all NDT matters as required on projects
• Assist and support the NDT Coordinator or the project teams on all NDT matters
• Prepare NDT procedures for assigned project
• Review clients specifications and scopes of work, examine pipe metallurgy and prepare detailed NDT procedures to achieve maximum productivity in accordance with specified quality
• Assist QHSE Department or subcontractor assessments/audits
• Review and approve subcontractors NDT submissions
• Ensure that records are maintained for all NDT activities to demonstrate achievement of client requirements
• Maintain departmental project NDT files so that information is readily available to other department members

AIRCRAFT SHEET METAL TECHNICIAN

Requirements:

1. A minimum of a Diploma degree is required, with an aviation background being preferred
2. At least 5 years of experience working in aviation, specifically in repair, alteration, and modification
3. Possession of a valid aircraft maintenance certification or license would be considered an advantage
4. A Basic Sheet Metal Course Certificate and a Composite Repair Certificate would also be beneficial

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Execute structural repairs, modifications, corrosion protection treatments, and part replacements, including the fabrication of aircraft structures and components. These tasks are performed with careful consideration for original strength, weight, and contour, ensuring the maintenance of structural integrity in accordance with approved maintenance manuals and regulatory requirements
2. Assess and provide estimates for modifications, defect rectifications, and other specialized sheet metal repairs
3. Perform advanced repairs, blend-outs, reinforcing repairs, and various metal assembly tasks. This includes techniques such as cutting, filing, drilling, countersinking, fitting, shimming, adjusting, clamping, bolting, reaming, riveting, bucking, and metal forming techniques (shrinking, rolling, heat treatment)
4. Conduct structural repairs on floor beams, fuselage skin repairs, and wings, including stringers, doublers, and triplers
5. Operate standard tools and equipment, such as bending machines, drills, and grinders, for various mission-related tasks
6. Demonstrate proficiency in utilizing jigs, fixtures, forms, and moldings
7. Complete both scheduled and unscheduled aircraft structural tasks with a strong emphasis on accuracy and compliance
8. Able to identify and implement effective repair solutions utilizing SRM’s, AD/SB’s, EO, and other relevant documentation
9. Perform additional duties as assigned.
