NDT Engineer

Maintenance

Requirements:

• Bachelor/Masters Degree in Manufacturing Engineering or related discipline
• Ability to read engineering drawings and specifications
• Strong project management skills
• Strong Lean background (six sigma or similar)
• Experience of working in Aviation Industry
• Has valid COMA License

Responsibilities

• To provide technical expertise on all NDT matters as required on projects
• Assist and support the NDT Coordinator or the project teams on all NDT matters
• Prepare NDT procedures for assigned project
• Review clients specifications and scopes of work, examine pipe metallurgy and prepare detailed NDT procedures to achieve maximum productivity in accordance with specified quality
• Assist QHSE Department or subcontractor assessments/audits
• Review and approve subcontractors NDT submissions
• Ensure that records are maintained for all NDT activities to demonstrate achievement of client requirements
• Maintain departmental project NDT files so that information is readily available to other department members

Helicopter Maintenance Technician/Engineer

• At least 3 years of hands-on experience working on Augusta Westland Helicopters AW119 MKII Koala
• Helicopter A&P FAA certificate or EASA license, any other authorization can be separately considered
• Communicate effectively in English
• Good in fault troubleshooting and performing Helicopter heavy maintenance
• Familiar with Pratt and Whitney engines PT6B37A and PW207C
• Willing to stay and work in Indonesia

• Familiar with Pratt and Whitney PT6A-67AG engines
• Must have adequate hand tools to perform duties as maintenance engineer/technician
• Willing to live and work in Indonesia.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and interpret any technical information
• To determine the condition of aircraft avionics/electrical systems or their components and raise the parts, tools or test equipment needed in advance.
• Ensure the maintenance/repair facilities, premises, tools and equipment are maintained to high standards. Ensure the completion of high-quality work/tasks related to avionics/electrical/instruments and their component.
• Complete all required paperwork entries in a clean, neat and legible manner
• Perform all assigned work/tasks according to the approved maintenance procedures. 
• Assist the pilots with daily pre- and Post flight checks
• Promote and practice safety culture among the maintenance team and report any unsafe conditions in the work environment.
• Work with another department to ensure smooth workflow and completion.
