Org. Setting and Reporting

The Call Centre Staff position is located under the Customer Service unit. The person will report directly to the Management and coordinate closely with the OCC team. This role is essential in ensuring effective communication between the company and customers regarding flight-related matters


Responsibilities

The Call Centre Staff will be responsible for the following duties:

  • Handling incoming and outgoing customer calls regarding flight information, bookings, and general inquiries
  • Managing reservations, reschedules, and cancellations using the internal booking system
  • Addressing customer complaints and ensuring issues are resolved or escalated appropriately
  • Providing timely updates and coordination with related departments during irregular operations
  • Recording all interactions accurately and maintaining call logs
  • Supporting internal teams with customer-related data and insights
  • Participating in shift-based scheduling, including weekends and holidays

Languages

Fluency in Indonesian is required. Basic English proficiency is preferred


Assessment

Evaluation of qualified candidates will include an interview and/or simulation of customer service tasks.

Duties and Responsibilities

Under the supervision of the HR Manager, the HR Expatriate will be responsible for:

  • Managing end-to-end HR processes for expatriates (pilots & engineers).
  • Handling recruitment, onboarding, and orientation of expatriate staff.
  • Preparing and managing employment contracts, extensions, and renewals.
  • Coordinating payroll, benefits, and insurance for expatriates.
  • Managing work permits, visas, and other expatriate-related documentation.
  • Acting as a liaison between expatriates and management.
  • Addressing employee relations matters and providing HR support as needed.
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies and Indonesian labor regulations.


Qualifications and Experience

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Law, or a related field.


Experience:

  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply (prior experience in HR, expatriate management, or related roles is a plus).
  • Experience in handling expatriate documentation and labor law compliance is highly desirable.
  • Previous experience in aviation or multinational companies is an advantage.


Language Requirements:

  • Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia is required.
  • Strong command of English (written and spoken) is essential.


Technical Skills:

Key Responsibilities

1. Procurement (Non-Printed Materials)

  • Prepare Purchase Requisitions (PR) for goods, repairs, and operational needs
  • Review and process PR submissions from internal departments
  • Coordinate PR approvals with Management

2. Transportation Management

  • Ensure completeness and validity of vehicle documents (tax, STNK, BPKB, and location records)
  • Handle annual vehicle tax renewals in a timely manner
  • Monitor vehicle conditions and propose necessary repairs and routine maintenance

3. Building Maintenance

  • Coordinate building and facility repairs with contractors
  • Identify maintenance needs and prepare PR for repairs

4. Inventory & Logistics

  • Monitor and maintain all company assets within the compound and base
  • Ensure accurate tracking and recording of asset locations
  • Manage incoming and outgoing goods with proper documentation

5. Office Services

  • Support operational transportation needs (pick-up and drop-off) when required

6. Accommodation Management

  • Manage requests for accommodation, transit, or overnight stays in the compound or Pangandaran area

Qualifications
