Management Trainee Legal

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree of law from reputable University
  2. Minimum 1 Year work experience in Legal field
  3. Have PKPA and UPA is a plus
  4. Good skill in making and analyzing company contracts
  5. Able to handle company documents and permits
  6. Good ability in handling legal issues, both civil and criminal
  7. be mindful and have discretion with sensitive information

  9. Willing to be placed throughout Indonesia

Responsibilities:

  1. Working with the Legal team on all issue related to Legal, Law, and Regulations, including but not limited to internal and external stakeholders

Charter Officer

Organizational Setting and Reporting

This position is located in the Charter Department of Susi Air. You will report to the Charter Supervisor and work in close coordination with operations, sales, and third-party partners to ensure smooth charter flight execution and excellent client service.


Responsibilities

Under the supervision of the Charter Supervisor, the incumbent will be responsible for the following duties:

  • Coordinate charter flight operations from inquiry to execution, ensuring client requirements are accurately captured and fulfilled.
  • Act as the main point of contact for clients, providing timely updates and solutions for any operational changes or special requests.
  • Prepare, manage, and archive all necessary charter flight documentation, including flight itineraries, manifests, and agreements.
  • Liaise between internal departments (e.g., Operations, Finance) and external vendors to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Support sales activities by responding to charter requests, assisting with quotations, and tracking charter utilization.
  • Monitor and follow up on time-sensitive requests to ensure on-time performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Stay informed on all client-specific needs, VIP protocols, and compliance requirements related to charter operations.


Competencies

Communication – Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia; able to convey information clearly and professionally.

Customer Service Orientation – Demonstrates responsiveness and a client-first attitude; able to build lasting relationships with charter clients.

Planning and Organizing – Strong time management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities under pressure.

Attention to Detail – Accuracy in handling flight details, documentation, and client instructions is critical.

Education

A diploma (D3) or bachelor's degree (S1) in Business, Aviation Management, Public Relations, or a related field is required.


Work Experience

  • Prior experience in charter flight coordination, customer service, or aviation-related roles is an asset but not mandatory.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools is required.
  • Flexibility to work outside regular office hours, including weekends or holidays, is essential.


Languages

Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.

  • Participating in presentations, meetings, and management reviews.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth coordination of projects.

Qualifications and Experience

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree (S1) in any discipline from a top or reputable university.
  • Minimum GPA: 3.25/4.00 (preferred).


Experience:

  • Fresh graduates are strongly encouraged to apply.
  • Internship or organizational leadership experience is an advantage.
  • Experience in aviation or fast-paced industries is a plus.


Certifications:

  • Not required, but leadership or management-related certifications are an advantage.


Language Requirements:

  • Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia is required.
