FLIGHT OPERATION OFFICER

Flight Operations Officer (FOO)


Requirement:

1. Educational background majoring in aviation, aeronautical engineering or relatable.

2. Have a valid Flight Operation Officer (FOO) license.

3. Having a Dangerous Goods Type A license is an added value.

Responsibility:

  • Assist in the implementation of accounting  policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate and timely financial  reporting.

Org. Setting and Reporting  

The Archive Keeper position is located in the Finance Department and reports to the Finance Manager. The incumbent will be responsible for organizing, storing, and maintaining financial documents to ensure accessibility and compliance with record-keeping standards.  


Responsibilities  

Within delegated authority, the Archive Keeper will be responsible for the following duties:  

- Organize and maintain financial documents in both physical and digital formats.  

- Ensure proper filing, labeling, and categorization of records for easy retrieval.  

- Monitor document retention and dispose of outdated records as per company policy.  

- Assist in scanning, copying, and archiving financial paperwork.  

- Ensure data confidentiality and compliance with document security policies.  

- Collaborate with finance and administrative teams to support document requests.  

- Perform other related duties as required.  


Competencies  

Attention to Detail: Ensures accuracy in document management and record-keeping.  

Organizational Skills: Ability to manage and maintain structured archives efficiently.

• Perform regular quality checks to identify and correct errors.

• Assist in generating reports and extracting relevant data for analysis.

• Collaborate with other departments to support data-related tasks.
