Organizational Setting and Reporting
This position is located in the Charter Department of Susi Air. You will report to the Charter Supervisor and work in close coordination with operations, sales, and third-party partners to ensure smooth charter flight execution and excellent client service.
Responsibilities
Under the supervision of the Charter Supervisor, the incumbent will be responsible for the following duties:
- Coordinate charter flight operations from inquiry to execution, ensuring client requirements are accurately captured and fulfilled.
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, providing timely updates and solutions for any operational changes or special requests.
- Prepare, manage, and archive all necessary charter flight documentation, including flight itineraries, manifests, and agreements.
- Liaise between internal departments (e.g., Operations, Finance) and external vendors to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Support sales activities by responding to charter requests, assisting with quotations, and tracking charter utilization.
- Monitor and follow up on time-sensitive requests to ensure on-time performance and customer satisfaction.
- Stay informed on all client-specific needs, VIP protocols, and compliance requirements related to charter operations.

Education
A diploma (D3) or bachelor's degree (S1) in Business, Aviation Management, Public Relations, or a related field is required.
Work Experience
- Prior experience in charter flight coordination, customer service, or aviation-related roles is an asset but not mandatory.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools is required.
- Flexibility to work outside regular office hours, including weekends or holidays, is essential.
Languages
Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.

Duties and Responsibilities
Under the supervision of senior management, the Management Trainee (General) will be responsible for:
- Assisting management in daily operations and strategic initiatives.

- Conducting research, data analysis, and preparing reports for management decisions.
- Participating in presentations, meetings, and management reviews.
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth coordination of projects.
- Proactively identifying opportunities for process improvements.
- Preparing for leadership responsibilities through on-the-job training and mentorship.
Qualifications and Experience
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree (S1) in any discipline from a top or reputable university.
- Minimum GPA: 3.25/4.00 (preferred).
Experience:
- Fresh graduates are strongly encouraged to apply.
- Internship or organizational leadership experience is an advantage.
- Experience in aviation or fast-paced industries is a plus.
Certifications:
- Not required, but leadership or management-related certifications are an advantage.
Language Requirements:
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia is required.
- Good command of English (written and spoken) is essential.
Technical Skills:
