Charter Officer

Organizational Setting and Reporting

This position is located in the Charter Department of Susi Air. You will report to the Charter Supervisor and work in close coordination with operations, sales, and third-party partners to ensure smooth charter flight execution and excellent client service.


Responsibilities

Under the supervision of the Charter Supervisor, the incumbent will be responsible for the following duties:

  • Coordinate charter flight operations from inquiry to execution, ensuring client requirements are accurately captured and fulfilled.
  • Act as the main point of contact for clients, providing timely updates and solutions for any operational changes or special requests.
  • Prepare, manage, and archive all necessary charter flight documentation, including flight itineraries, manifests, and agreements.
  • Liaise between internal departments (e.g., Operations, Finance) and external vendors to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Support sales activities by responding to charter requests, assisting with quotations, and tracking charter utilization.
  • Monitor and follow up on time-sensitive requests to ensure on-time performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Stay informed on all client-specific needs, VIP protocols, and compliance requirements related to charter operations.


Competencies

Communication – Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia; able to convey information clearly and professionally.

Customer Service Orientation – Demonstrates responsiveness and a client-first attitude; able to build lasting relationships with charter clients.

Education

A diploma (D3) or bachelor's degree (S1) in Business, Aviation Management, Public Relations, or a related field is required.


Work Experience

  • Prior experience in charter flight coordination, customer service, or aviation-related roles is an asset but not mandatory.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools is required.
  • Flexibility to work outside regular office hours, including weekends or holidays, is essential.


Languages

Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.

MT HR Expatriate

The successful candidate will play a key role in managing the end-to-end HR process for expatriates, particularly pilots and engineers, ensuring smooth operations and compliance with Indonesian labor regulations.


Duties and Responsibilities

Under the supervision of the HR Manager, the HR Expatriate will be responsible for:

  • Managing end-to-end HR processes for expatriates (pilots & engineers).
  • Handling recruitment, onboarding, and orientation of expatriate staff.
  • Preparing and managing employment contracts, extensions, and renewals.
  • Coordinating payroll, benefits, and insurance for expatriates.
  • Managing work permits, visas, and other expatriate-related documentation.
  • Acting as a liaison between expatriates and management.
  • Addressing employee relations matters and providing HR support as needed.
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies and Indonesian labor regulations.


Qualifications and Experience

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Law, or a related field.


Experience:

  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply (prior experience in HR, expatriate management, or related roles is a plus).
  • Experience in handling expatriate documentation and labor law compliance is highly desirable.
  • Previous experience in aviation or multinational companies is an advantage.


Language Requirements:

The Training Admin position is located within the Training Department and reports to the Training Manager. The incumbent will be responsible for supporting and administering pilot training activities, ensuring that training records and schedules are properly managed and compliant with company and regulatory requirements.


Responsibilities

Within delegated authority, the Training Admin will be responsible for the following duties:

  • Administer and coordinate training programs for pilots.
  • Maintain and update pilot training records and documentation.
  • Prepare training schedules, reports, and correspondence using Microsoft Office tools.
  • Assist in organizing training sessions, briefings, and assessments.
  • Ensure training data accuracy and compliance with internal procedures and regulations.
  • Coordinate with instructors, pilots, and relevant departments regarding training needs.
  • Handle confidential training information with professionalism and discretion.
  • Perform other related duties as required.
