Organizational Context
As part of our commitment to ensuring effective financial operations across our aviation bases, we are seeking a detail-oriented Finance & Accounting Position to support financial administration, income reconciliation, and reporting processes.
The role will work closely with operational units and finance teams to ensure accurate documentation, timely reporting, and compliance with company financial procedures within a dynamic operational environment.
Responsibilities:
- Updating daily cash positions and cash flows
- Prepare and execute cash management activities, including bank transfers, daily payments, and cheque administration
- Manage bank accounts, including opening and closing accounts, updating signatories, and maintaining proper documentation
- Assist in the implementation of accounting policies and procedures
- Assist financial audit by the end of the fiscal period
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting
Requirements:
- Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related Major from reputable University
- Familiar with accounting software
- Verbal and written English communication skill is a must
- Able to work individually and within a team
- Creative, innovative, and have a good character
- Excellent organizational skill
- Skilled in multitasking
- Flexible in term of working hours
- Able to work in an agile environment
- Willing to be placed in Pangandaran and throughout Indonesia

- Minimum 1 year experience in related field
- Familiar with accounting software
- Intermediate up to advance level in excel
- Verbal and written English communication skill is a must
- Able to work individually and within a team

Responsibilities:
- Monitoring Input data document to company database
- Checking the completeness of document from the operational base and unit (Manifest, Stowing and Nota)
- Communicate and collaborating with base regarding document revisions and document uploads
- Monitoring reconciliation of income and the supporting documents
- Reconcile income with bank statements
- Provide monthly report of income

General Affairs

Job Description
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented PIC General Affairs to support daily operational activities, asset management, and facility maintenance. This role requires strong coordination skills and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
1. Procurement (Non-Printed Materials)
- Prepare Purchase Requisitions (PR) for goods, repairs, and operational needs
- Review and process PR submissions from internal departments
- Coordinate PR approvals with Management
2. Transportation Management
- Ensure completeness and validity of vehicle documents (tax, STNK, BPKB, and location records)
- Handle annual vehicle tax renewals in a timely manner
- Monitor vehicle conditions and propose necessary repairs and routine maintenance
3. Building Maintenance
- Coordinate building and facility repairs with contractors
- Identify maintenance needs and prepare PR for repairs
4. Inventory & Logistics
- Monitor and maintain all company assets within the compound and base
- Ensure accurate tracking and recording of asset locations
- Manage incoming and outgoing goods with proper documentation
5. Office Services
- Support operational transportation needs (pick-up and drop-off) when required
6. Accommodation Management
- Manage requests for accommodation, transit, or overnight stays in the compound or Pangandaran area
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in any field (preferred in Management, Logistics, or related field)
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in General Affairs or similar role
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Good communication and coordination abilities
- Familiar with procurement processes and asset management
- Able to work independently and in a team
- Willing to be placed in Pangandaran / site area
