Susi Air kindly advise you to provide local contact number for any reservation made to ensure established communication in the event of Susi Air need to contact you regarding your flight.
You can either update your contact number while making reservation, or as soon as you arrive in Indonesia, prior your scheduled (Susi Air) flight.

Susi Air Online Booking now Support ATM Bank Transfer Payment. Please make sure you choose ATM on the payment page on the booking process.
Currently, ATM Payment only support for ATM Machines member of ALTO, ATM BERSAMA, PRIMA network.
During booking process make sure to selecting "ATM" for payment method, and check for term and condition agreement.
Note your Booking Ref and your 16 digit Payment Code and time limit.
There will be a transaction fee for ATM Bersama, PRIMA and ALTO network which refer to ATM provider or Bank policy. No transaction fee billed for Transaction on ATM Permata with Bank Permata card.

We would like to inform all interested parties that our founding President and Owner, Ibu Susi Pudjiastuti has recently been appointed as the Minister of Marine Affairs and Fisheries in the Indonesian Government.
As a result of this new position she has been forced to step aside from her duties as CEO of Susi Air and we proudly congratulate her for her new role and wish her all the best for a successful appointment.
The position of CEO has been filled by Pak (Mr) Sudrajat, an accomplished individual who has been the Chairman of Susi Air from the formation of the company back in 2004.
We wish to assure all of our customers and business associates that despite this historic change in the company, Susi Air will continue to grow and evolve to provide it’s unique service to the people of Indonesia and beyond

As effective July, 1st, 2014, Susi Air newest fleet, Dornier Do 228, will start its service for Java routes.
With 18 passenger capacity, the Dornier Do 228 will serving Halim - Cilacap - Semarang and
Halim - Bandung - Pangandaran every Wednesday to Saturday.

Susi Air is participating in the ICAO Regional Accident Investigation Group (APAC-AIG/1) in Bali Indonesia 16-19 September 2013. Susi Air has serious concern regarding Aviation Safety and in this workshop we are presenting the improvements of Safety made by Susi Air since the 3rd accident which happened in May 2012. A large investment has been done to improve safety through training and development. Even the expansion of the business was suspended in order to concentrate on safety improvement. We are putting safety as our number one priority.
